Introducing HealthSpark Foundation!

Formerly the North Penn Community Health Foundation, the foundation adopted this new name and brand as part of its ongoing evolution. The original name was conceived as the foundation was created from the sale of the North Penn Hospital in 2002 and its service area mirrored the hospitals. As the foundation moved toward a systems change approach in 2012, it expanded to serve the entire county.
