Our Impact

HealthSpark Foundation seeks to address selected health and human service problems and needs in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

In 2018, the foundation adopted a new strategic plan that will guide its work and grantmaking strategy through June 30, 2023. This plan discusses the continued evolution of the foundation's grantmaking on improving the safety net system.

Over the next 10 years, the foundation will invest its resources in the Safety Net Resiliency Initiative, an effort to  improve the ability of Montgomery County’s health and human services safety net system – and the organizations that contribute to and support the system – to weather uncertainty and meet the needs of people across the county.

In addition to its grantmaking, the foundation builds the capacity of area nonprofits through such efforts as technical assistance, serves as a thought leader and fosters collaborations to promote learning and creative problem solving.
